Rather than turn that work down, we are putting local representatives on the ground, starting in the Perth area.

What a representative does
It is the same work Steve does today in Belleville, closer to home for the customer and for you.
Visit the home
Sit down with the customer, look at the bathroom or the space, and work out what they actually need.
Do the work
Install the grab bars, the tub cut-out, the safety fittings, or manage a small crew that does. Clean, safe, finished in a visit.
Be the local contact
Answer questions, give straight advice, and leave every customer glad they called Westlake.

- A clean vulnerable-sector police check. You will be working in seniors' homes, so this is a must.

Is this a job or a contract? +
You would start as an independent representative working with Westlake Home Safety, not an employee. As your area grows we can talk about what arrangement fits best.
Do I need to find my own customers? +
No. We run the marketing and send you qualified reservations in your area. You spend your time on the work and the customer, not on chasing leads.
What areas are you recruiting for? +
Our first opening is the Perth area. We are also taking interest from other towns across Eastern Ontario, so apply even if you are a little further out.
Do I have to do the installs myself? +
Either do the installs yourself or manage a small crew, as long as the work meets our standard. Comfort working in older customers' homes matters more than anything.
How does pay work? +
You are paid for each completed job in your area. We will walk through the exact numbers when we talk, once we know your region and whether you will handle the assessment, the install, or both.
