Will cutting my tub damage it or cause leaks? +
No. The cut-out is precision-measured and finished with a sealed, reinforced edge by a trained installer. The Gold convertible cut adds a watertight seal so the tub stays fully usable and leak-free for a full soak.
Can I still take a full bath afterward? +
With Bronze or Silver, the tub becomes an easy low-entry shower. Choose Gold (the convertible cut) if you want to keep filling the tub for a full-depth soak.
How long does installation take? +
Most installs are completed in a single visit of a few hours. We schedule a window that suits you and tidy up before we leave.
Do I pay when I reserve? +
No. Reserving is free and holds your slot at the listed price. After your free in-home assessment, a 50% deposit (credited to your total) confirms your install date, and you pay the balance only once the work is finished.
What areas do you serve? +
Southeastern Ontario, including Belleville, Trenton, Quinte West, Stirling, Brighton, Frankford, Madoc, Picton and Napanee. Reserve and we'll confirm coverage for your postal code.
Are there grants or credits that could help? +
Some households qualify for accessibility-related grants or tax credits, and some equipment may qualify for Ontario's Assistive Devices Program. We're happy to point you toward programs you may be eligible for, though eligibility is determined by the program, not by us.
Do you offer financing, and how is it different from ADP or grants? +
Yes. Financing lets you spread the cost over time, with zero money down and subject to credit approval. Tick the financing box when you reserve, or just ask, and our financing team will call you to set it up. Financing is a private payment option you arrange with us. Ontario's Assistive Devices Program and accessibility grants are separate: they are government or charity programs for eligible equipment, and eligibility is decided by the program, not by us. We can point you toward those programs too.
